GSI COMMERCE AND CHANNELADVISOR EXTEND STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Research Triangle Park, NC – November 27, 2007ChannelAdvisor, the leading provider of e-commerce channel management solutions announced today that it has extended its strategic alliance with GSI Commerce Inc. (NASDAQ: GSIC), a leading provider of e-commerce solutions, to help online retailers and brands leverage paid search and comparison shopping engines.

Under the alliance, gsi interactivesm, the interactive marketing group of GSI Commerce, will manage GSI partners paid search and comparison shopping campaigns through ChannelAdvisor’s Complete software application designed to:

  • provide GSI with an integrated platform for the management, optimization, and reporting of paid search and comparison shopping engine campaigns; and
  • offer strategic support, training, and educational services to GSI’s in house team of online marketing specialists.

ChannelAdvisor Complete is an integrated, on-demand solution that provides online retailers and interactive agencies an efficient and profitable way to sell across multiple e-commerce channels including marketplaces, comparison shopping, search marketing and their own e-commerce stores. ChannelAdvisor Complete provides retailers the software and services to become a multi-faceted, profit-driving retailer.

GSI will be utilizing ChannelAdvisor’s paid search and comparison shopping engine tools to offer cutting edge online marketing solutions to GSI partners.
