BUY.COM AND CHANNELADVISOR ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

ChannelAdvisor Complete™ Platform To Offer Online Retailers Free, Easy Integration to Buy.com

Research Triangle Park, NC – April 2, 2008ChannelAdvisor, the leading provider of e-commerce channel management solutions and Buy.com, the Internet Superstore™, announced today that the companies will combine forces to implement new software that leverages the ChannelAdvisor Complete™ platform to bring online retailers’ merchandise to Buy.com.

Under the alliance, ChannelAdvisor Complete's channel management solution will fully integrate with Buy.com's Marketplace. The integration enables online retailers to list their merchandise and process orders across multiple e-commerce channels, including Buy.com, from a single interface.

ChannelAdvisor will be fully integrated with Buy.com by the summer of 2008. In conjunction with this announcement, ChannelAdvisor will waive all ChannelAdvisor fees associated with selling on Buy.com for a promotional period.

The combined software offerings will benefit online retailers such as Blue Bay Electronics, a leading online retailer of name brand and refurbished electronics, including iPods, cell phones, digital cameras, computer peripherals, GPS and video games.
